Subscription and Cup Payment

All Subscriptions and Cup Entry Fees will be invoiced to clubs in early June and should be paid to the Mid Sussex Football League Ltd. prior to the Annual General Meeting in accordance with League Rule 3(B)

Fees are: Subscription - Initial Team £45.00 Each subsequent team £25.00 per team

Entry fees to all Cups is £15.00 per cup per team – Teams in Premier & Championship Divisions can enter a maximum of 2 cups, teams in other Divisions can enter 3 cups, inclusive of County Cup competitions.

Veterans Team - £15.00 - For players over the age of 35 – Please ask for separate application form.

Declaration

I confirm my Club has affiliated or will affiliate to the appropriate County Football Association for Season 2023 – 2024 and will comply with League Rule 4(E), regarding notification of the County Association’s affiliation number in writing to the League Secretary by 1 August.

I confirm my Club is familiar with the requirements of The Football Association’s RESPECT programme and will hand a copy of its current Code of Conduct to all players immediately they sign a Mid Sussex Football League registration form for season 2023 – 2024 for this club and to this club’s officials / display our current Code of Conduct prominently in our Clubhouse or Pavilion and make our players, officials and supporters aware of the need to read it.

In line with new General Data Protection Regulations, we need to give you more information about the types of personal data we hold, what we use it for, how we look after it and who we share it with. Full details of this can be found in the Mid Sussex Football League Privacy Statement which can be found on the League website.

I confirm that the individuals named in this document have been made aware of the Mid Sussex Football League Privacy Statement and where it can be found.

We have been provided with a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Mid Sussex Football League and do hereby agree for and on behalf of the said Club, if elected or accepted into Membership, to conform to those Rules and Regulations and to accept, abide by and implement the decisions of the Management Committee of the Competition, subject to the right of appeal in accordance with Rule 7.”

Any alteration of the Chairman and /or Secretary on the above Agreement must be notified to the County Football Association to which the Club is affiliated and to the General Secretary of the Competition.
